Refund policy

 

At OrizonMall, customer satisfaction is our priority.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and the reason for your return at imeanbussiness27@gmail.com . Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Personalized, intimate, perishable, and final sale items are not eligible for return.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item.
